....I 2021 kan København inviterer gæster indenfor på et helt nyt hotel på Kalvebod Brygge – et hotelbyggeri som Pihlkonsortiet står for. I tæt samarbejde med vores konsortieparter, LM Byg A/S og M.J. Eriksson A/S, skal Pihl styre slagets gang, når Hotel Scandic Spectrum vokser op af jorden.
Ambitionen med hotellet er, at det bliver et levende og indbydende sted at besøge og er med til at skabe et attraktivt byliv i området på Kalvebod Brygge. Ejendommen Hotel Scandic Spectrum er et erhvervsbyggeri i høj arkitektonisk og byggeteknisk kvalitet.
Hotellet opføres i 7 etager bestående af ca. 30.760 m2 med 632 hotelværelser på 1. – 5. etage, reception, konference og restauranter på stueetagen, og på 6. etage vil der være konference, restaurant, roof top barer og terrasser. Kælderetagerne vil bestå af et areal på ca. 11.510 m2 med 179 parkeringspladser, spa og pool område, lager og tekniske rum.

In 2021, Copenhagen can invite guests to a brand new hotel at Kalvebod Brygge – a hotel construction project that the Pihlkonsortiet is responsible for. In close cooperation with our consortium partners, LM Byg A/S and M.J. Eriksson A/S, Pihl must steer the course of the battle when Hotel Scandic Spectrum grows out of the ground.
The ambition with the hotel is that it will be a lively and inviting place to visit and help create an attractive city life in the area of Kalvebod Brygge. The property Hotel Scandic Spectrum is a commercial building of high architectural and construction technical quality.
The hotel is built in 7 floors consisting of approx. 30,760 m2 with 632 hotel rooms on the 1st – 5th floor, reception, conference and restaurants on the ground floor, and on the 6th floor there will be a conference, restaurant, roof top bars and terraces. The basement floors will consist of an area of approx. 11,510 m2 with 179 parking spaces, spa and pool area, storage and technical rooms.
